You know that you are motivating me. I am blogging about it too, to try to gain weight control like financial control. Anyway though this time I'm not dieting, I am able to control my spending why can't I control my eating?

But anyway I'm a yo-yo dieter. And this time I am changing permenantly.

So many things can influence how much you weigh--especially if you're doing weekly weigh-ins. I like this guy's method of measuring weight: Moving Averages. Basically, you weigh yourself every day at the same time, and watch your weight trending down, instead of the agonizing bouncing around that it might appear to do otherwise.

Hi, I found an interesting site you might want to look into. It's www.fitday.com and you can keep track of your fitness, the foods you eat, and set goals for yourself - both nutritional and fitness. Also, by keeping track of your food you can see if you are low on any nutrients.

Keep up the hard work. Just because you aren't seeing the scale change doesn't mean you aren't getting healthier. You yourself said you've noticed a difference in the way your clothes fit! That means something!!!!!!!
