Excellent, and not just the loss but the sticking with it without the number on the scale to boost your confidence!

I'd love to know the why's of how the human body works with regard to weight loss... I remember a woman at Weight Watchers who was going through the same thing as you. She was eating the right things and had thrown herself into a rigorous workout routine and the scale was not budging. The meeting leader actually suggested that she cut back a little on her working out for a little while to get the scale moving downward again. Her advice made no sense to me, but I figured she had seen everything and knew what she was talking about.

I'm NOT suggesting you take her advice! I'm just saying that it's strange how the human body reacts. Anyway, I'll stop rambling. WTG!
