The Scale Could Move… Tomorrow

I know that this will sound weird, but I’m (pretty) sure that I will be down a pound or so tomorrow morning.  My weight has been holding steady for the past few weeks, but this morning I was back down to 230, and I feel like I’m losing.  I have redoubled my efforts to eat at home, drink plenty of water, and get plenty of rest.  I will weigh in TUESDAY morning, and let you know.  By the way, the latest episode of my podcast is ready.  Check out the No Credit Needed Podcast.

Vote For NCN At FMF (Initials Rock!)

For those of you who are fans readers of No Credit Needed, now is the time to show some love.  Free Money Finance is running an NCAA-like contest among personal finance bloggers, and TWO of my posts have made it to the SWEET SIXTEEN.  Please, please, please take a second and go over to this post at Free Money Finance and vote for my two posts.   In game 2 my post is labeled Make Multiple Debt Payments  Every Month.  In game 3 my post is labeled Avoid 10 Common Debt Reduction Mistakes.  Please take a second and leave a comment (your vote) over at FMF.  Also, you might want to read the posts themselves.  All of the posts that have made it this far in the competition are informative.

(Normally I don’t post personal finance related stuff here at the weight loss site, but this is kinda a big deal!)

Mentally Focused And Prepared To Move Forward

After a month of “drifting along”, I am now mentally focused and prepared to move forward.  I was sick for the better part of three weeks and was unable to get much (if any) real exercise.  Now, I’m back, baby!  I started my day with plenty of water, some hardy oatmeal, and a nice turkey sandwich.  I’ll be going to the gym around 3PM and I am (get ready…) excited!  My weight sits at 230, right where I left it three weeks ago.  Hopefully, the “shock” of exercise will cause my body to “release” a few extra pounds.  Clearly, January was a great month.  I hope to “recapture” the magic and start to lose weight again.
