		<description>I find the same thing, long breaks from the golf course tend to make me play better initially.  Then I inevitably go back to my old game.  Of course, I have a long way before I am shooting a 76.  Taking a day to yourself is very essential. I also have a stressful real job and enjoying a day on the golf course is a true reward in my opinion.</description>
