Well, after much contemplation, I have decided to get “back on program”. I’ll be posting daily updates, eating well, exercising, etc. In other words, doing what I need to do to be a healthy, satisfied human being. I allowed myself a couple of days of eating “junk” and I’m ready to move forward, starting NOW. I’ll weigh Tuesday and let you know where I stand.

I just had a break too, since I was on vacation where counting was not an option. Now I’m back on track and it’s feeling good!
I’m with you. Back on track now that I’m back from vacation. . . . Went to the store last night and filled my cart with healthy goodies. Went for a run when I got home.
