Dear No Calories Needed,

Congratulations on your commitment to your health and well being! Starting again could mean that fitness and nutrition are very important to you and have always been a goal. Sometimes we put a goal on the back burner to focus on another goal. I think it's a matter of which one is most important at the moment. I mean, all goals are important, we just prioritize.

Unlike you, I find focusing on my finances very, very difficult. In fact you and many other financial bloggers have inspired me to start blogging. I just completed my second entry at http://collectingmycash.blogspot.com. My goal is to use my blog to become and stay focused on being debt free. I have also listed my debt reduction chart on the NCN Network.

Anyway, back to you. It seems that your debt reduction plan is very detailed. Have you considered making your health and wellness plan just as detailed?

Have you considered any of the following:

1. How much water are you going to drink every day?
2. How many meals will you eat? Will they consist of a quality protein, a quality carbohydrate (brown rice, sweet potato, whole grain pasta or bread)and a green vegetable or salad with low fat dressing?
3. How many calorie do you plan to consume each day? Calories really do count.
4. When you go to the gym, what is your resistance training plan?
5. How much cardio will you do each day?
6. When will you rest?
7. Do you plan to take pictures each week? This is a very powerful tool. You may not see progress from week one to week two, but from week one to week four you should.

Also, today zenhabits has an execellent entry comparing losing weight to losing debt.

I wish you continued success!
