		<description>Fasting is difficult.  Especially with the demands of a family.  Choosing to be healthy is difficult too.  I believe that it means changing our lifestyle.  Just like getting into debt, our unhealthy lifestyle didn&#039;t happen overnight.  It&#039;s years of not being focused on healthy eating and exercise. 

Have you thought about approaching this on paper first?  What I mean by that is: Do you have a concrete plan?  Changing your lifestyle means planning and preparation.  Many nutritionists recommend eating 4-6 small meals throughout the day consisting of a quality protein (chicken or fish), a green vegetable or salad,  a quality carbohydrate (brown rice, sweet potato, whole grain pasta), and a quality fat (olive oil, canola oil).
