I’m back on Weight Watchers -
I can have 28 points a day, plus 35 flex points per week -
Points are calculated using a little slider that Weight Watchers gave me - one of the fifteen times I joined.
I am not going to weigh ins or meetings - I’m just using the points as a guideline.
Breakfast -
Canadian Bacon - 3 Slices - 1 Point
Orange Slices - 1 Can - 5 Points

Points Used - 6
Points Left - 22

Banked Points - 35
