Here’s the deal.  I need to lose weight.  I HAVE to lose weight.  I want to lose 20 pounds between now and Christmas.

I will be dramatically reducing my caloric intake and dramatically increasing my workout time.  (I talked to a friend from church, a we are going to start walking/running at the track each night.)

I MUST break myself of my food addiction - so I am going to face this situation - head on - at the “most difficult” time of year.  If I can lose weight between now and Christmas, I will prove to myself, once and for all, that I have ‘what it takes’.
