		<description>It sounds like 20 pounds in a month is going to be quite the challenge.  Just be careful not to get depressed and lose focus if you only drop 10.  Sometimes our bodies just don't react the way you'd hope/plan in the short term.</description>

My goal per day has been 2,000 per day, though I think I need to go lower to keep my progress moving along nicely.
