Here’s the deal. I need to lose weight. I HAVE to lose weight. I want to lose 20 pounds between now and Christmas.
I will be dramatically reducing my caloric intake and dramatically increasing my workout time. (I talked to a friend from church, a we are going to start walking/running at the track each night.)
Here’s my chart for today -

I MUST break myself of my food addiction - so I am going to face this situation - head on - at the “most difficult” time of year. If I can lose weight between now and Christmas, I will prove to myself, once and for all, that I have ‘what it takes’.

1Wow! 20 pounds would be awesome between now and Christmas. How low are you going to aim with your calorie intake?
My goal per day has been 2,000 per day, though I think I need to go lower to keep my progress moving along nicely.

3It sounds like 20 pounds in a month is going to be quite the challenge. Just be careful not to get depressed and lose focus if you only drop 10. Sometimes our bodies just don’t react the way you’d hope/plan in the short term.
