I’m back from the track - I walked 2 miles tonight and I feel great.  I’m staying “on schedule” with my eating.  I try to get in 4 or 5 meals a day, 200 calories or so at a time.  I know that some of you are concerned about the 1000 calorie limit - and I might reconsider in a week or so - but I NEED to take charge of my eating habits and “shrink” my stomach a bit.  I am getting plenty of fluids and I feel fine.  I find that that I have MUCH more energy - and I am keeping myself busy with tasks at work and around the house.  I’ll check my weight in the morning.
