Back From Atlanta - Back On Plan

I have been away for a few days. I went to Atlanta, with my family, for a short mini-vacation. I will confess, I ate a lot more than I should have, but I haven’t ‘regained’ any weight. Frankly, I’m glad to be back home and back in my routine. I missed my workouts and my fruit! (Next time, I’ll try to do a better job of planning for the trip - taking some fruit with me, etc.)

I’m going to the gym in a few minutes…

I’m really, really, really looking forward to my interval training…

Did I just type that sentence? Exercise rocks!

I, too, am recovering from the Atlanta trip. Had a great time. You will recall my purchase of two Cinabons.
This is going to sound like a joke, but Ya Mama ate both of them so I didn’t have to. Best way I know of to cut calories.
