Having tried nearly every diet on the planet, my brain hurts.
In an effort to move forward and keep things simple, I have decided to give Weight Watchers another try.
I can have 28 points per day plus 35 flex points per week.
Points today -
Baked Crisps - 4
2 Veggie Corn dogs - 6
18 points remaining
I will weigh in Monday morning.

1Hi! Congratulations on your decision! I love Weight Watchers, I’ve been doing it for over 5 weeks and have lost 25lbs!
