		<description>My wife and I have started on McKenna&#039;s plan today.  For lunch we met at McDonald&#039;s with the intention of starting out with a big test.  We would both be in a hurry and we would have kids with us.  I ordered the 10 piece nuggets meal and normally I would have eaten all of it, the fries, and then finish off my wife&#039;s fries.  Following the 4 rules, I was only able to eat 5 of the nuggets and about half of the fries and I still feel as though I have over eaten.  We are very excited to continue too!</description>

		<description>I&#039;ve started McKenna&#039;s plan too.  So far, I&#039;m finding that I eat about half of what I was eating.  Today I opted for a slightly higher-calorie-density sandwich but only half the size of the one I usually eat, and ate 1/4 of the dessert I&#039;ve been eating.  When I was hungry 5 hours later, I ate the other half of yesterday&#039;s cookie.  So, I still got the cookie -- it was just a bit delayed.

I&#039;m having a really hard time deciding when I&#039;m full, though.  I have to remind myself that I CAN EAT AGAIN if I&#039;m hungry later.  I also have to remember that if I&#039;m savoring each mouthful, I&#039;m not being &quot;cheated&quot; by not getting to finish the whole thing on my plate -- in fact, I&#039;m experiencing more of it than if I swallowed it whole as usual!</description>
