Today, I've read your entire blog from current back to Day 1 of your start on the I Can Make You Thin plan to catch up on your posts. THIS post is what convinced me to give this a try. My husband has described the feeling of always being starving and binge eating just the way you did. When we sat down to dinner tonight, both he and my daughter (age 15) said "but, how do I know when I'm satisfied. I don't know what that means." Well, we're going to give it a try.

Night One, nobody had seconds. A couple of us put half of our food away for later. We all ate slowly and thoughtfully while we talked. I feel fabulous about this step. Thank you for sharing your experiences.
