Hey, I've been reading your blog all week (and just starting to check out No Credit Needed which I'm in serious need of myself). I've been following the Paul McKenna system now this week and weighed in this morning and found I'm down 4 pounds in just 4 days. Whats great is this isn't a diet, but just relearning how to properly eat. I'm really pumped about this.

I'm keeping track of my progress at http://mfrazzz.traineo.com and started a "I Can Make You Thin" group on Traineo also (yeah there are forums on McKenna.com too, but I'm not sure how long that will stay free).

Keep up the great work!

Hey...am a fan of No Credit Needed and now this blog too. I too saw the program on TLC and love, love, love this eating plan. It's absolute common sense...but we somehow have completely lost our common sense about how to eat in today's culture. Now that I "get it" I'm eating way less and have no problem with the thought of doing things this way forever...unlike every other diet I've ever tried, which always deprived me of something, which I'd miss, then cave and binge, and undo all my HARD work. This is just relearning how to eat like a normal person and letting your body take care of itself. I am tickled pink.
