The &quot;losers&quot; also eat breakfast every day and work out, an average of an hour per day. You figured it out by yourself that it&#039;s something you need to do and the research supports it! I haven&#039;t checked my weight and sometimes I don&#039;t follow the rules that well, eating consciously and such. But I think within time I will break the habit and the weight will start to fall off.</description>
