		<description>I'm very late to the chicken-cooking party, but I do have one suggestion for you - I, too, think the Foreman grill is the absolute best way ever.  But if you aren't already doing it, before you grill them, try pounding them as flat as you can get them with a tenderizer, like to a half-inch thickness.  They cook faster, which makes them even more tender and juicy as the outside doesn't toughen up from the longer grilling time.
