		<description>I&#039;m very late to the chicken-cooking party, but I do have one suggestion for you - I, too, think the Foreman grill is the absolute best way ever.  But if you aren&#039;t already doing it, before you grill them, try pounding them as flat as you can get them with a tenderizer, like to a half-inch thickness.  They cook faster, which makes them even more tender and juicy as the outside doesn&#039;t toughen up from the longer grilling time.  

Love the Golden Rules, too!
