		<description>i&#039;m jealous! i&#039;ve been counting calories for almost a month now and only lost 5 pounds...and most of that was in the first week and a half. since then i&#039;ve only maintained...and yes, i&#039;m working out too.  maybe i&#039;m eating too few calories and my metabolism is slowing down. i was never any good at deciphering how much i should eat...i know everyone is different. one chart showed i should eat 1600 per day, but i&#039;m doing 1500 or below...usually coming in around 1300.  so i dunno. i don&#039;t want to be doing more harm than good, but i also don&#039;t want to start eating way more amounts of food and GAIN.</description>
