Wednesday Workout For Back And Biceps

As part of my Weekly Workout Plan, Wednesdays are for working out my back and my biceps.

Here’s what I did today at the gym -

  • 10 Minutes Walking Warm Up On Indoor Track
  • 34 Minutes Interval Training On Elliptical
  • 3 Sets Of Bicep Curls
  • 3 Sets Of Hammer Curls
  • 3 Sets Of Seated Bicep Curls
  • 3 Sets Of Back Extensions

I really worked hard on the Elliptical.  (There are actually two types of Elliptical Machines at the gym – One is more of a “ski-type” motion and the other is more of a “stepper”.  I rotate between both machines, using one on one day and the other on the next.)  I was a little beat and didn’t really have much left for the work out.  Starting in December, once I’ve built up some cardio endurance, I’ll break my schedule into “weight lifting” and “cardio” sessions.  For now, however, I need to work on cardio at every opportunity.
