I was on the &quot;frugal coast to coast&quot; call last night. It was a pleasure hearing what you had to say. You said so many great things!  I think our food plans are much alike, nuts berries, lean meats and veggies. Good company at social events is more important than the food and on and on! 

What&#039;s most important when I work with a client with a &quot;weight loss goal&quot; is to understand WHY they want to lose weight. If we can tie their desire to lose weight to their top goal in their life, they have success. 

When the weight loss goal is tied to your larger desire for your life, weight does not seem to be the goal at all. Health and energy to do the things and be with the people you want to do and be with ends up being the real goal. 

Again, a pleasure hearing your perspective and I look forward to following your progress and reading what you have to share.

I started exercising as often as possible and also cut down on a lot of high calorie stuff. Unfortunately I hardly managed to lose much weight at all. I then recently read an article by a lady who claimed that she managed to lose nearly half of her weight using a particular weight loss supplement. I tried it out and it actually worked quite well.
