I am writing this post using my cellphone, so please excuse any typing or spelling errors.
I am in the car, having just completed my second two-mile walk of the day. I walked two miles this morning, felt great, completed work, and then walked another two miles this afternoon.
I weighed- in this morning and I am down 7 pounds since August 1st. These first few weeks of dieting are always rewarding – it’s ths sticking to it that counts.
I have been consistently tracking my caloric-intake, and have been under my maximum and above my minimum each day this month. Motivation is a tricky thing, but I definitely have a good amount right now.
