As of today, I have lost a total of 20.4 pounds.
My goal – set on December 23, 2012 – is to lose a total of 80 pounds.
I have 59.6 pounds to go.
It feels good to get past “the big 20”. Long-time readers will note, I’ve been here before, a couple of years back, so the goal, now, is to KEEP GOING.
I walked 2 miles yesterday and did lots of work around the house. The weather is getting very nice and it’s good to be able to spend more time outside.
I’m starting a new exercise regimen today. I’ll let you know how it goes.
