I weighed myself yesterday morning and today, and my weight is the same as it was two weeks ago. I really didn’t expect for my weight to go down, due to the fact that I was unable to exercise last week.
Yesterday, I started Week 4 of the Couch To 5K running program. I’m really excited about my upcoming 5K race, and my mom, who started running last year, might be able to come up and run the race with me. Also, a friend of church has started training, and he wants to run with me, too. How cool?
I’m using the Couch To 5K podcast to keep myself motivated and on track. Right now, I’m able to run for a longer time than ever before, but I’m still so slow. Seriously, I just kinda shuffle along, but, hey, I’m running!
