Down 12.6 Pounds

As of today, I am down 12.6 pounds.

My goal is to lose a total of 80 pounds.

I began my latest weight loss plan on December 23, 2012.

I have been eating lean meats, vegetables, a few nuts, and fruit.  I have been drinking water and a small amount of diet soda.

I plant to lose 67.4 more pounds.

It feels good to have folks notice my weight loss.  I have been here before, at that stage where the “newness” of the diet wears off, and it becomes “routine”.  That’s cool.

I have been walking 4 to 6 miles per day, usually in two sessions.  Today, I added back some high intensity interval training – and I feel like a million bucks.
