Yesterday was awesome – and today is shaping up to be the same! I had a couple of ounces of grilled chicken for breakfast – and an apple for a snack about 10:30. I have figured out that I FEEL much better when I’m ‘a little hungry’. Instead of filling my life up with food, I’m getting lots of work done at the office, organizing some things around the house, and getting ready for Christmas.
