Weigh In

I am down a total of 9.4 pounds.

My goal is to lose 80 pounds.  I have 70.6 pounds to go.

I haven’t eaten “off plan” one time and I am walking a minimum of 5 miles per day.

Clothes are starting to feel a little lose, but I still have a long way to go.

Currently, I am eating lean meat, fruits, vegetables, and nuts.  I am also drinking plenty of water and taking a daily vitamin.

The weather here has been very nice for the past couple of days, so I have been able to do the majority of my walking outside, which rocks.
