My Favorite Breakfast

I love strawberries and homemade oatmeal. So, for breakfast this morning I had… strawberries and homemade oatmeal. (I like to put a pinch of cinnamon in my oatmeal, chop up a couple of strawberries, and then eat.) 200 to 225 calories. Perfect, healthy, easy to fix, filling meal.

(I’ve created a ‘blogging schedule’ for the upcoming week. To read more about it, head over to No Credit Needed. Weight loss posts will be organized around my regular blogging schedule.)

  1. I love plain oatmeal without cooking it. Just add cinnamon, rice milk, and fruit of choice (I love frozen raspberries and blueberries). I suggest that if you want to see significant weight loss with a whole lot more food, that you go vegan. I grew up on a dairy farm, so learning the truth about dairy foods was not easy. But losing 75 pounds was great. Read Colin Campbell’s book ‘The China Study’ and ‘The McDougall Plan’ by Dr. John McDougall. (He has a website too.) It seems as if you have the motivation and a lot of the recipes are good at the site you mentioned (130 foods). Just eliminate the animal protein and the POUNDS! Good luck!
