Monday Weigh In – Little Roll

I’m down 2 pounds from last week’s weigh in!

I’m back to 235.6.

When I started in September, I was at 252.2.

I’ve lost a total of 16.7 pounds.

It feels good to lose weight, even if I am still several pounds above my “low” of a few months ago.  I had some great workouts last week, and I did much better with my eating.

Sunday, I started feeling a little sick, and I think I may have had a “mild” virus.  I’m not sure what was going on, but I just didn’t feel like working out Monday.  I feel much better today, and I’m really ready to get back into the gym.
