I have decided to give Weight Watchers another shot.

I will track my points – but use my new “eating techniques”.

I will eat slowly, at the table, and drink lots of water.

I have a friend who is going through the program with me – and we’ll help each other stay accountable.  I also plan to hit the gym several times this week.
