Yesterday, I did a great job of staying with my meal plan. At present, I am simply eating “real foods” in small portions. I will begin a full-on weigh / measure / calculate “diet” on January 1, but right now, I am simply focusing on lean meats, lots of vegetables, and fresh fruit.
I managed to drink 15 cups of water yesterday and I avoided sodas and caffeine.
Have you found daily weigh-ins to be helpful? My concern with them is that there are semi-major day-to-day fluctuations depending on diet, etc. I typically track things on a weekly basis.
