For the past two days, I did a great job of staying on plan. My goal is to eat “real foods” in reasonable portions. I did eat some popcorn last night, and I didn’t like how it made me feel, so I’ll probably avoid it from now on. I’ve been eating lean meats, vegetables, and fruits.
On Tuesday, I managed to drink my full 14 cups of water, and on Wednesday I drank (at least) 14 cups. Replacing soda with water feels like a very smart decision.
