I have lost 23.2 pounds since December 23, 2012.
My goal is to lose a total of 80 pounds. I have 56.8 pounds to go.
In this particular race, I am definitely the tortoise, not the hare.
I am losing just over 1 pound per week, which I have read is a “good thing”.
I am focusing on healthy, lean meat, lots of fruits and vegetables, some nuts, and lots of water. I am walking 3 to 6 miles per day – and I feel great.
