I have lost 22 pounds since December 23, 2012.
My goal is to lose a total of 80 pounds. I have 58 pounds to go.
Last month was difficult, but I stuck to my eating plan. My weight fluctuated, up a few ounces, down a few ounces, but it remained relatively unchanged.
Yesterday, I weighed in and was down a total of 22 pounds. I waited one more day, to confirm, and then I posted.
I have been eating lean meats, fresh vegetables, nuts, and drinking water.
I am still walking 4 to 6 miles per day and I feel great.
