Weekend Update

I did an excellent job of sticking to both my eatin pland and my walking schedule this weekend.

Friday I walked twice for a total of six miles. I did the same Saturday.

I ordered some new walking shoes and will gice a review sometime next week. They are made by K-Swiss and they ar very comfortable.

I have been very faithful to my eating plan – sticking to fresh vegetables, grilled and roasted meats, and fresh fruit. I am also eating a few scrambled eggs. I am avoiding all starches and processed foods.

I am down a total of 8 pounds, and am starting to feel much better. I will have an official weigh-in tomorrow.
