Eating

Weekly Health Blogs Roundup : I Want A New WordPress Theme Edition

Here are a few posts from my fellow bloggers that caught my eye:

Tricia is “preaching to the choir”.  I too struggle to eat healthy foods when I’m traveling.  I did notice that the last time I went to Florida, for vacation, a few convenience stores had begun to offer some healthy-alternatives, like fruit and unsalted nuts.

Building Nutrition reminds us of a valuable truth.  If you want to lose fat, you must do some cardio!

Lazy Man is kicking the caffeine habit.  Good luck… from a fellow diet cola addict.  (Actually, here in Georgia, we call almost all colas “cokes”.)

MiddleAgedShed hits a plateau.  I suppose that I actually need to begin to lose some weight before I can then hit a plateau.

My feet hurt… maybe this is why!  I wake up in the morning and the bottom of my right foot is killing me.  I need to do some stretching.

I’m looking for a new WordPress Theme.  The one I’m using now is very, very boring.  Until a few days ago, I was satisfied that No. Calories Needed would continue to be a small, post once-in-a-while blog.  But, not that I’ve recommitted myself to “getting healthy”, I want to put the same effort into the site design as I have my other sites.

(If you haven’t already done so, be sure to check out No Credit Needed and the 33 Days and 33 Ways To Save Money And Reduce Debt series.)

  1. I vote for a new theme as well. When I click in the margins just to change the cursor’s focus, it selects all the text in Firefox 2+.

    It’s a very weird effect.
