The last time I weighed less than 230 pounds was 5 years ago. Now, I’m 2 pounds away from that magic number. I’ve gotten very close from time to time, but I always lose my motivation, and begin to eat poorly again. Now I now that I will reach 229, I will stay there for a day, or two, or three, and then I’ll say goodbye to 229 pounds. What once felt impossible now seems like something very routine. Eat correctly, stay moving, eat to live. The first month has flown by. I feel awesome.
