I Am Down 11.8 Pounds

I am down 11.8 pounds since my last update.

My goal weight isn’t set in stone, but I’d like to lose a total of 80 to 100 pounds.

I’m feeling better, but I’ve been at this stage of the game – many, many, many times.  I always do well for the first few weeks, then I stall, and then I tend to settle back into old habits.

I have been eating a relatively simple diet – lots of protein and green veggies.

I’ve also started using shakes, during the morning, so that I have plenty of energy for the first part of the day.  I find that I’m not hungry in the mornings – which is fine for days that I want to intermittently fast – but I also find that using the shakes helps me make it to lunch, without headaches and jitters.
