The New Plan

Here’s my weight loss plan.  My goal is to lose 80+ pounds.

Eating – I do well when I limit carbohydrates and eat real foods.  So, that’s my plan.

Exercise – I plan to walk a minimum of 3 miles per day – and exercise 3 to 5 times per week.

Water – I will drink enough water to remain hydrated – and stay away from soda.

Sleep – My goal is to get a minimum of 7 hours of sleep per day.

Calories – I will count my calories – with a goal of losing 1 pound per week.  I’ll experiment over the next few months, but for the first month, my goal will be 1800 calories per day.

Tracking – I will track my progress here on the site – and an app on my phone.

Weighing – I’ll weigh in each Monday morning.

This is my current, keep-it-simple, stay-focused, plan.  Blessings.
