I try to eat six small meals per day. My daily intake goal is 1800 calories. I start eating around 8:00 AM. I eat every 2.5 hours (or so) and my meals average 300 calories per. If I’m not very hungry, I’ll only eat 200 calories, and then eat 400 calories at my next “meal”. If I AM very hungry, I’ll eat 400 calories, and then only eat 200 calories at the next meat. I stop eating at 8:00 PM. I go to bed around 11:00 PM.
