I know that this will sound weird, but I’m (pretty) sure that I will be down a pound or so tomorrow morning. My weight has been holding steady for the past few weeks, but this morning I was back down to 230, and I feel like I’m losing. I have redoubled my efforts to eat at home, drink plenty of water, and get plenty of rest. I will weigh in TUESDAY morning, and let you know. By the way, the latest episode of my podcast is ready.
