Project 80, Weigh Ins

Down 12.6 Pounds

As of today, I am down 12.6 pounds. My goal is to lose a total of 80 pounds. I began my latest weight loss plan on December 23, 2012. I have been eating lean meats, vegetables, a few nuts, and fruit.  I have been drinking water and a small amount of diet soda. I plant to lose 67.4 more pounds.…
