I lost half of a pound!Â 230.5.Â Finally, the scaled moved.Â I should never have been so focused on the scale to begin with, but after losing so much weight is such short period of time, I was getting a little desparate to see the needle move.Â So, even though it’s “only” half a pound, it’s HALF A POUND!!!
I’ve been working out 4 or 5 days a week.
30 minutes of cardio plus a focused workout.Â (I’m loving the eliptical!)
I wore a sport coat Sunday morning and it not only fit me, it was a tad too big!Â Yes!
