Choo Choo Choo Choo

I’m like a train, choo choo choo-ing along the tracks.  I’ve been eating well and exercising.  I feel awesome but the weight loss has “paused” for a few days.  I injured my shoulder working out at the gym.  It’s not a “major” injury, but I’ve got to chill out with the exercise for a few days.  My weight keeps bouncing around from 230 to 232.
