Ah, Monday. The “first” day of the week. (Not really, but you know what I mean…) Time to revamp and restart the old diet. Actually, I’ve been doing pretty well, but my body must simply enjoy being fat. Seriously, could it be that my body “wants” to weigh 235lbs? I’ve been exercising and eating pretty well, but the old weight just hovers between 231 and 238… up a few pounds, down a few pounds… I’ve decided to start a food journal so that I can more accurately track what I’m eating and how much I’m eating. Perhaps, and this could very well be the case, I’ve been consuming more calories than I think I’ve been consuming. So, I’m off to breakfast and a workout.
