Weight Watchers – I Hate You – But You Work

I’m back on Weight Watchers –

I can have 28 points a day, plus 35 flex points per week –

Points are calculated using a little slider that Weight Watchers gave me – one of the fifteen times I joined.

I am not going to weigh ins or meetings – I’m just using the points as a guideline.

Breakfast –

Canadian Bacon – 3 Slices – 1 Point

Orange Slices – 1 Can – 5 Points

Daily Points – 28

Points Used – 6

Points Left – 22

Banked Points – 35
