I Have Lost 15 Pounds

Since December 23rd, I have lost a total of 15 pounds.

My goal is to lose a total of 80 pounds.  I have 65 more pounds to go.

My clothes are a little less snug.

Today, I walked a total of 2 miles.  I wanted to walk a few more, but the weather was awful.  So, instead, I mixed in some push-ups and sit-ups and I feel great.

As far as my eating – I am still eating lean meat, vegetables, fruits, and a few nuts.  Today, I only had about three sips of soda – just a little caffeine – and then I drank water.
