A New “Starting” Point

I now weigh 233 lbs.  That’s about 3 pounds more than I weighed a few months ago, but 14 pounds less than I weighed on January 1st.

I was at church camp last week and I had the opportunity to focus on my emotional, spiritual, and physical health.  I feel SO much better than I did last week and I’m ready to get back to the gym.  I feel like I did back in January, so I’m pumped about losing weight and getting into shape.  I’m headed to the gym.

One quick thing.  Eating every 2 to 3 hours has REALLY helped to reduce my cravings for junk food and fast food.
