I now weigh 233 lbs.Â That’s about 3 pounds more than I weighed a few months ago, but 14 pounds less than I weighed on January 1st.
I was at church camp last week and I had the opportunity to focus on my emotional, spiritual, and physical health.Â I feel SO much better than I did last week and I’m ready to get back to the gym.Â I feel like I did back in January, so I’m pumped about losing weight and getting into shape.Â I’m headed to the gym.
One quick thing.Â Eating every 2 to 3 hours has REALLY helped to reduce my cravings for junk food and fast food.
