I’ve been following Paul McKenna’s ‘4 Golden Rules’ for 5 days – and I am amazed by how ‘in control’ I am. For those who have been reading my blog, you know how much I have struggled with yo-yo dieting. Now, I eat what I want, I eat at a controlled pace, and, when I’m full, I stop eating.

Seriously. I’m 33 and I had begun to feel like 93. Now, I have more energy, I eat less, and I feel like moving.I would strongly encourage you to watch the show. I know it looks simple. I know it looks basic. But, I’ve been hungry for 15 years – and I’ve tried every diet on the planet. And, somehow, someway, these 4 Golden Rules WORK. I’m down 7 pounds and I am confident, for the first time in a long time, that I am going to lose all the weight I need to lose.
